Kitty (our ‘CatBot‘), has been instructed to be an AI-Only Chatbot for a fictitious Veterinary Clinic. She’s been given all the business details including office hours, consultation hours, address, services available, range of animals treated, and other specializations.
The aim of this chatbot is to answer any type of question about the business, but she does not collect any information about the user.
In this demo, Kitty is able to answer common questions in a conversational manner, that will take the load off any customer service representative.
