In this chatbot demonstration, Kitty (our ‘CatBot‘), is now a virtual assistant for a fictious pet boarding hotel. She has been loaded up with a knowledgebase of information about this business.

She’s a hybrid-style chatbot that incorporates the best of everything…

Firstly, Kitty’s a friendly conversational bot that communicates like a human and asks for, and collects user details (name, email etc.) 

Next, she leads the user into a menu system of typical questions, which allows the user to get a pre-determined response for those types of enquiries.

Lastly, if the users question isn’t an option on the menu, then they are able to type in their own question. Kitty will then put on her AI hat and use her AI abilities to generate the answer based on the knowledgebase that she has been trained with. 

The result is a powerful chat-based system that will both impress and provide the user with a great user experience. 

At the same time, it will drastically reduce the time that a real human would need to respond to the online chats. 

Kitty’s responses are quick and precise and delivered in a friendly, conversational manner… just like a human.
